CIVOP SYSTEM®

OSH, FP and EP SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN THE FORM OF THE STANDARDIZED SYSTEM, THE CIVOP SYSTEM®

The CIVOP System® is a comprehensive, standardized and permanently professionally developed system of outsourcing Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Fire Protection (FP) and Environment Protection (EP).

The CIVOP System® primarily facilitates the effective supply of services:

  • Maximum guarantee that the situation in OSH, FP and EP at the client's workplace conforms to the legislation
  • Minimum demand on the client's employees time in the necessary cooperation
  • Minimization of the client's costs
  • Effective and successful solution of inspections by the state supervisory authorities (The CIVOP System® which has been in use for over 15 years is well known to the inspectors of state authorities)

The comprehensive system is highly variable and can be customized for any company whatever may be its number of employees or workplaces. These are the basic variants:

CIVOP SYSTEM®

BASIC

MEDIUM

SPECIAL

The simplest variant of the comprehensive system is designated exclusively for small firms with a maximum number of 15 employees and usually

with a single workplace.

This most frequently used variant of the comprehesive system is favoured by companies with 16 to 200 employees working at one or several workplaces.

The most extensive variant of the OSH, FP and EP system is aimed at corporations with a large number of employees (about 300 to 2000) and a network of branches all over Slovakia.

The implementation of the comprehensive system, the CIVOP System®, takes place in two stages.

Civop System

1. Introduction of the System

In the period of introduction of the System, a fundamental detailed inspection is carried out of the Client's premises, any important shortcmings are identified, and the situation in the sphere of occupational safety, fire protection and environment protection is assessed. Further, the required basic documentation is prepared and necessary measures are taken to eliminate the identified shortcomings. The extent of this period depends on the branch of business and size of the company (number of workplaces).

2. Provision of follow-up services

The introduction of the system continues with a second stage, the provision of follow-up services of OSH, FP and EP. During this period, all the activities securing the field of occupational safety, fire protection and environment protection on European level are carried out on a running basis: i.e. periodic preventive inspections, elimination of shortcomings, updating to keep up with the changes in legislation, consultancy, organization of training courses and professional revisions and tests, etc.
