THE CIVOP SYSTEM®
HEALTH, SAFETY, FIRE PROTECTION, ENVIRONMENTAL AND REVISION SERVICES OF TECHNICAL DEVICES ARE PROVIDED IN THE FORM OF A STANDARDIZED CIVOP SYSTEM® CIVOP
System® is a comprehensive and permanently professionally developed system of outsourcing of safety and health at work (OSH), fire protection (PO), environment (ER) and revisions of technical equipment, based on:
- standardized documentation in written form (CIVOP file) or in electronic form (health and safety information system)
- standardized processes and procedures for effective provision of all areas
- comprehensive system of SW applications - management information system, e-learning, SW tools for project management of the client, SW for planning activities and services, SW for creating reports from inspections, all accessible online for the client

The complex system is maximally variable and can be "tailored" to each company, regardless of the number of its employees or workplaces. Basic variants::

The simplest variant of the complex system is intended exclusively for small companies with a maximum number of 15 employees and mostly with one workplace |
The most widespread variant of the complex is most often used by companies with a number of employees between 16 and 200, who work at one or more workplaces. |
The most comprehensive variant of the system of occupational health and safety, fire safety, environmental protection and revisions is focused on corporations with a large number of employees (approx. 300 to 2000) and a network of establishments throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. |
System Introduction
- During the implementation period of the system, a detailed audit is performed, basic deficiencies are identified, and the situation in the area of occupational health and safety, fire safety, environmental protection and revisions is mapped. Furthermore, all the necessary basic documentation is processed and all necessary steps are taken to eliminate the identified deficiencies. The length of this period depends entirely on the area of business and the size of the client / number of workplaces.
Provision of follow-up services
- After the introduction of the system, the provision of subsequent health and safety, fire safety, environmental protection and revision services continues in the second stage. During this stage, all activities that ensure the functioning of occupational safety, fire protection, environment and revisions of technical equipment at the European level, i.e. in particular periodic preventive inspections, elimination of deficiencies and fulfilment of set customer goals, updates according to changes in legislation, consulting, organization of training and revisions, etc.
